Prices:
The price of biobio.com's Amazon Adventure is $1,590 US dollars plus tax per person
based on a double occupancy.
If you are planning to travel solo, let me know and I will quote you a price for the single traveler. Also, let us know if you need information on flights to Miami.
Prices do not include airport departure fees, visas, meals not specified in the itinerary, gratuities, alcoholic beverages, transfers not specified, or optional side trips.
You will be contacted by a representative of the tour operator who will explain further the prices and condition of the tour.
Itinerary:
Keep in mind the changing weather conditions and changes in the level of the river may
alter the itinerary. The boat operators have assured me they will endeavor to include all
the features in the itinerary.
Documentation:
Presently, a valid passport is required for travel to South America.
The tour operators will explñain in detail the documentation needed.
Health Requirements:
A yellow fever inoculation is required for passengers entering Brazil from Peru, Colombia
or Bolivia. No other vaccinations are required. We recommend however seeking a physician's
advice in regard to Malaria.
Climate:
Iquitos and the "Tres Fronteras" enjoy year round temperatures in the mid 80's.
Humidity is uncomfortable only in the jungle - not in towns or along the rivers.
Nights might be cool. Rainy season runs from December to March, averaging one
brief, heavy rainfall per day. As a result, the river is high from April to
June, falls during summer, and reaches its lowest levels between August and
November.

Biobio.com gives notice that all tickets and coupons issued by them and all arrangements
for transportation or hotel accommodations, are made by them as agents upon expressed
condition that they shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or
irregularity which may be caused either by reason of any defect in any vehicle, or through
the acts of default of any company or person engaged in conveying the passengers
therewith, or of any hotel proprietor or servant. By the acceptance of tour membership
and/or coupons/tickets, the tour member agrees to the foregoing. Tour member also agrees
that biobio.com shall not be, or become, liable or responsible for any loss, injury or
damage due to services, sickness, weather, strikes, war revolts, criminal activity, acts
of terrorism, quarantine, or any other causes. Biobio.com accepts no responsibility for
any omission, delay, rerouting, additional expenses, or other events resulting from
improper health.
